Analyst/Associate - ION Crossover Fund

ION Crossover Partners (ICP) is looking for a dynamic self-starter and highly-driven team player to join our investing team as an Analyst/Associate.

As a Crossover fund, we are focused on investing in the next stage of some of Israel’s most exciting technology companies with our current portfolio including SimilarWeb, Aqua, Taboola, WSC Sports, Via and more.


The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and self-driven with the ability to thrive in an unstructured work environment.

Being a core part of our small but nimble investing team, you will have exposure to all aspects of the investment world: investment thesis development, financial analysis, portfolio company support, fund management, investment decision making, fundraising and more.

Impact & Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and thesis development on sectors of interest including bottom-up and top-down analysis of markets, identifying the key growth drivers of the sector, recognize the competitive dynamics and identify key risks to consider

  • Support the Investment Team in due diligence efforts including detailed analysis of the company, product, market, competitive landscape and financial performance

  • Maintain and update sector benchmarking models and portfolio company valuation models based on changes in company performance and industry metrics

  • Monitor and keep track of the Israeli ecosystem development and ICP’s target universe and support pipeline creation

  • Provide support and guidance to portfolio companies as they scale their businesses on the global stage

  • Attend Management meetings, conferences and other networking events

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships within the firm’s network and industrywide

The job will be mainly based in ION’s offices in Herzliya.

Junior Analyst - ION Asset Management (public markets)

We are seeking a highly driven, personable team player to join our public-market investing team in a Junior Analyst role. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional intellectual and analytical capabilities, a passion for investing, strong motivation and drive, and high personal integrity. Investment Analysts work closely with Portfolio Managers to generate research and implement investment ideas. Successful Analysts are given greater responsibility and input into investment decisions over time.


Qualifications and Previous Experience:

  • 1-3 years of investment experience in public equities (strong preference), private equity, venture capital, or investment banking

  • Demonstrated passion for investing

  • Knowledge of fundamental investing

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Economics, Accounting, Business etc.) 

  • Basic Financial Modelling skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Familiarity with financial markets and interest in equity capital markets

  • Passion for technology (experience in the technology sector is strongly preferred)

  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew (verbal and written)


The job will be mainly based in ION’s offices in Herzliya. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Management meetings and other events across Israel.

Finance Manager - Tax


We are seeking a Finance Manager - Tax to join our team to cover for maternity leave, with a prospect of a permanent position.

The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for a variety of investor reporting, management reporting and tax planning and management.


The position requires working closely with management, the back-office team, members of the finance team and other employees of the company. It also requires nurturing a good working relationship with external service providers including lawyers, tax trustees, bookkeepers, fund administrators, etc.


Key Activities:

  • Assisting the CFO in overseeing all aspects of the company's business, with a specific focus on tax planning and management.

  • Reporting to tax authorities on redemptions and tax events for all funds under management.

  • Coordinating with the fund's tax trustees to issue annual tax confirmations for investors and filing of reports for all tax jurisdictions where required.

  • Collaborating with the fund's lawyers regarding pre-rulings from ITA.

  • Coordinating with auditors to cover year-end tax returns for all the funds and companies in the group.

  • Ongoing support and advice in a variety of tax areas.


Personal Attributes:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential

  • High-level proficiency in Hebrew is required

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills

  • Possesses strong financial acumen

  • Team player mentality is indispensable

  • Adaptable to a small office environment

  • Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities beyond the assigned role to ensure seamless office operations

  • Capable of working independently, under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines


Qualifications and Previous Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a tax department within an accounting or law firm

  • Experience working in capital markets environment - advantage

Office Manager

We're looking for an Office Manager to serve as the heart of our office at ION Asset Management, a company based in Herzliya Pituach with 40 employees.

  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including day-to-day supervision (IT, cleaners etc.)

  • Work closely with the finance team to manage expenses, travel etc.

  • Provide administrative services, support, and take on different assignments (operations, welfare etc.)

  • Schedule appointments as needed  

  • Man the front desk, answer phones

  • Stand in for the PA when she is away (vice versa when the office manager is away)

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office, kitchen



  • A “can do” attitude, bringing high energy, and not afraid of new projects and tasks

  • Proactive about driving change and addressing issues before they become problems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both Hebrew and English

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Able to work well under pressure
