The Finance Manager reports to the Director of Finance, and is responsible for a variety of management reporting and financial accounting activities


The position demands close working with management, traders, back office team and all employees of the company.  It also demands a good working relationship with external suppliers to the companies including bookkeepers, fund administrators, banks, auditors etc.


Key Activities:

Assist the Director of Finance and the finance team in all his daily activities in managing all financial aspects of the companies in the group.  This will include:

  1. Payment of supplier invoices.

  2. Maintenance of ledgers for the Cayman-based companies.

  3. Coordination with the Israeli company’s bookkeeper.

  4. Monthly reporting of financial performance and cash management.

  5. Budgeting.

  6. Responsibility for complex tax reporting relating to the companies and to the funds’ investors.

  7. Coordination with auditors to cover year-end audits for all companies.

  6. Able to work in a small office environment.

  7. Willing to take on additional responsibilities outside of particular area of work where required to assist the smooth operation of the office.

  8. Able to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines.


Qualifications and Previous Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.

  2. At least three years working on financial management and maintenance of daily accounting records.

  3. Experience working in capital markets environment an advantage.

  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
