Keren joined ICP in Nov 2025. Prior to joining ICP, she worked at OurCrowd, where she focused on the healthcare and life sciences sectors, leading investments and supporting portfolio companies.

Before that, Keren held various roles in the pharmaceutical industry at companies such as Merck, Teva, and the Ministry of Health.

Keren holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
