Leora joined ION in 2025. Prior to joining ION, she gained legal experience at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, where she completed both her pre‑internship and internship across the Real Estate and Investment Funds & Private Equity departments.

Alongside her legal career, Leora has extensive experience in Air Force Intelligence, where she led operational teams, worked in high‑pressure analytical environments, and optimized workflows.

Leora is a certified bilingual lawyer and holds an LL.B. with honors from Bar Ilan University.
