Moran joined ION in 2017. She began her career as a corporate attorney in the hi-tech department at Herzog, Fox and Neeman. Afterward, Moran co-founded and led the marketing and business development teams at IM Creator. She then served as an independent advisor to startups and accelerators in Tel Aviv and NYC.

Moran holds an LLB and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University, as well as an MBA from New York University.
