Noy joined ION Crossover Partners in 2023. Before joining ICP, Noy spent three years at PwC Israel as a senior consultant in Valuation and Financial Advisory Services. Holding a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Ben Gurion University, Noy is also a licensed CPA.
