As CEO of DSP Group (NASDAQ: DSPG) from 2009 to 2022, he led a successful transformation of a public semiconductor company, creating a new ~$185M/year revenue stream with a 31% CAGR, increasing gross margin by 70%, and executing five strategic acquisitions. In recent years, he has led turnarounds as Chairman and CEO of the Ag-Tech company Fieldin Technologies and spearheaded transformation at the industrial company Solcon-Igel, that are portfolio companies of Fortissimo Capital.
