He previously served as a Naval Captain (Hovlim) aboard a Sa’ar-5 class corvette and later led product management for air-defense and electronic-warfare systems, including the Nautical Iron Dome.

Or holds an M.Sc. in Finance & Accounting from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Economics & Political Science from Haifa University.
