Phil joined ION in 2019. He is responsible for fundamental investment research, primarily in the Software sector. Prior to joining ION, Phil spent over four years working as an equity analyst for Bradley, Foster, & Sargent, Inc, a long-only investment firm based in Connecticut. He graduated with a BA in International Business and Management from Dickinson College, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
